Sudha Gupta, Chairperson of Mother's Pride chain of pre- schools, Presidium Senior Secondary School and Adiva Group of Hospitals is a sought- after expert on parenting. She is a regular columnist with leading publications, and her articles have appeared in The Times of India, Hindustan Times and India Today, and her programmes on radio and television channels. She has authored various books on parenting and early child education. She was awarded with Emerging India Award 2007 for 'The Most Promising Enterprise of The Year', organized by CNBC and rated by CRISIL. She is also the recipient of the 'Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2007- 2008' award by FICCI. Lately she made her presence felt globally by bagging the coveted Golden Peacock Award in London. Sudha Gupta also runs Savera Special School, dedicated to the welfare and education of mentally challenged children.

Mr. G.S. Matharoo (CEO, ADIVA- IVF, Endoscopy, Cosmetic & Birthing Specialty Centre) Mr. G.S. Matharoo's devotion to improve quality of life of people inspired him to take Adiva to as many homes as possible. This man of few words and many great deeds is former group 'A' officer of the Government of India and has had an illustrious career as Deputy Commissioner in MCD. Owing to his extraordinary organizational and leadership skills, he held various important positions discharging management, executive, administrative and financial functions. A professional with tremendous experience in administration, Mr. G.S. Matharoo's career, spanning the world of community welfare and now Adiva Group of Hospitals, is admirably rewarding for the society and mankind.

It is our dream to reach the couples who by any reason have not been blessed with a child. We at Adiva, by providing best of the treatment through specialized IVF doctors, strive to get positive results for these couples. In addition to this, there is a facility for surrogate mother as per the law of the land at Adiva. One of our many goals is to reach north- east India and make everyone, especially the rural population, aware about IVF.

15, Anand Lok is the pilot hospital of the Adiva group. This group is going to start at least ten hospitals in Delhi & NCR within a span of one year. At present, we have taken the possession of land at Indirapuram and an Adiva structure with about 200 beds will be in a functioning position by December, 2010.
